Cape Cod Rebuild

This well-loved cape cod off the lake wasn’t aging with the owners. A pneumatic elevator was installed into the office. The stairs relocated to the side which created larger rooms and the 2nd story attic was bumped out. The ADU was remodeled for better use of space with a separate water closet from the sink, and a designated closet.
