House on the ocean inlet, currently has an open floor concept. Client wanted to update to a modern style with durable finishes for their gorgeous large dog. After extending the master upstairs we were able to have a larger closet, which also cantilevered the house to a more modern style. We Rotated the kitchen and got an awesome pantry upgrade. After lowering a wall, and shuffling a few things around, the house and the view was magnified significantly!
